Do you have a good Syrah for your terrine? said a friend at home last night. Of course, I have and this Crozes Hermitage is a Syrah I like very much. Young vines, so very approachable even at an early stage. Delicate, with a hint of spices you would expect from this part of Rhone Valley and with a lovely balance. Papillon, which means butterfly in french, has even more success every year and we can understand it. It is a fresh, easy going wine, pairing magnificiently with BBQ. We love this wine!
