Essi Avellan, Fine Champagne editor, and Peter Liem from Champagne Guide recently tasted the 1996 Cuvee Louis XV from Champagne de Venoge which will be released in a few months. Then they were proposed a vertical tasting of Grand Vin des Princes, a 100% Chardonnay Champagne. Prestigious vintages were selected from 1993 to 1975.
