IllycaffeIn 2008, Italy’s illycaffe has decided to branch out from coffee beans, tea leaves and cocoa to produce some of the country’s most iconic wines. It is not surprising as coffee, tea and wine share a strong common point: the high-end of the range (in terms of quality and price also) is now increasingly sought after by people who care about having a unique experience. Moreover, the taste of all of these products differ according to origins, varieties and the way they were “processed”. So there is no surprise why Illycaffe is now invested in Brunello, an expensive and very well recognized appellation throughout the world.
