OK, don’t mention the label which has not been created to make this red wine sexy. Then when you get into the wine, the sexy part comes and everyone appreciated. From vines between Vosne and Nuits St Georges, this nectar reminded us of some red wines from Boillot with a lovely aromatic nose made of ripe fruits. Cécile Tremblay is not producing much but has a beautiful range of wines including Grands Crus. This is a simple wine according to the name but a grand wine according to the taste. Everyone wanted an other glass of this red Bourgogne. It is natural, unfiltered and great. Would you expect more?
