Champagne de Venoge Blanc de Blancs 2000 “A magnificent Aperitif Blanc de Blancs”

Visual aspect: Gleaming, crystalline, with a golden yellow hue.

Nose: Very delicate and well structured, slightly buttery, toasted scents, with aromas of citrus and white blossom.

Palate: Extremely lively, fresh and powerful. Well balanced with marvellous roundness. An extraordinary finish.

Comments: A magnificent Aperitif Blanc de Blancs.

Champagne de Venoge Brut Vintage 2000 “A particularly delicate, elegant wine and a superb finish”

Visual aspect: A bold gleaming golden colour.

Nose: Aromas of pear, cooked apple and cinammon with a iodized touch and a hint of rhubarb.

Palate: The flavours evoke the aromas perceived on the nose. The first taste is supple, then very fruity with a strong hint of brioche. The second taste reveals a slight bitterness ans crispness. A superb finish.

Comments: A particularly delicate, elegant wine.
