At VitaBella Luxury Wine and more recently VitaBella 4U (dedicated to a broader range of wine estates that want to communicate internationally), we are fortunate to work with extremely successful chateaux and properties. Our unique goal is our motto: Taking Wine Estates to the Next Level. Many international wine estates we are working for are already famous and some are achieving great results to create powerful brands and build a stronger image. Among those wine estates, we are delighted to announce our two Revelations of the Year 2011 : Azienda Gulfi & Champagne de Venoge.

Being awarded again this week 2nd best Vintage Champagne by the UK wine magazine Decanter and with 5 new high scores given by the US Wine Spectator this month, Champagne de Venoge is the "evident" revelation of the Year 2011 in the portfolio of French wine estates VitaBella is working with. Over the last 5 years, we have seen Champagne de Venoge on international magazines' covers and its champagnes have been praised by some of the most prestigious wine critics. They are celebrating the excellence and uncompromising quality of de Venoge champagnes. In terms of marketing and communication, the success of the launch of Champagne Louis XV and Champagne Louis XV Rosé was certainly key in building a stronger image among wine lovers. With 97 points in Wine Spectator and many other great awards/scores but also with the R&B singer Usher saying it would be "nice to have a Usher - de Venoge Champagne", we can say to the de Venoge team: Bravo !

Regarding the portfolio of international wine estates VitaBella is working with, the competition was fierce but the sicilian wine estate Gulfi deserved this award of "Revelation of the Year 2011". Vito Catania, owner of Azienda Gulfi, has been working hard together with his sons and Salvo Foti to bring this organic (they also use biodynamic methods) wine estate to a top international level. After receiving 95 points from Robert Parker for the 2005 NeroSanlore (Parker wrote: "Gulfi is one of my favorite producers of fine Nero d'Avola") and getting the highest scores in prestigious wine guides such as Gambero Rosso (3 Bicchiere) and Guida Vini dell' espresso (Eccellenza), Gulfi has also been honored "Best Italian Wine Estate for the Year 2012" by Ian Domenico D'Agata and Massimo Claudio Comparini in their guide "ITALY’S BEST WINES 2012". As this year, wine experts D'agata (Decanter, Tanzer...) and Comparini (Cucina e Vini...) have chosen Gulfi among a selection of the best renowned wineries in Italy, we can also say to the Gulfi team : Bravissimo !
